Your home will be available for rent on other platforms, including Booking.com, and those listings will be available about one to two weeks later.

Our services and packages

Your success is our success! The remuneration system set up by Beemyguest is a commission to be paid by the hosts. We have developed 3 packages according to the needs and services desired by the owners.
The “Essential” package starts at 20% VAT included, then the “Relax” package at 28% VAT included and finally the “Freedom” package at 29% VAT included. We also offer à la carte services: utility management, personalized welcome basket, administrative and tax assistance, à la carte cleaning, etc.
In order to set up your property and prepare it for guests, we charge a one-time integration fee (based on the number of rooms) that covers the cost of a professional photography session, the set-up of rental supplies (linens and necessities), and a walk-through of your property to ensure that it is ready and up to code.
You don’t have to advance the integration fees. They will be deducted from your first month’s rental income.
Your account manager will send you a monthly report on your reservations and income so that you can follow the details of your operations. This summary report will include all the information that is crucial for monitoring your accommodation.
Safety and security
We ask guests to confirm their identity for all Airbnb bookings with a valid ID. We conduct property condition checks between each booking to ensure your accommodation is kept in good condition. Our team ensures that your property is taken care of in the best possible way.
Depending on the type of property and the rules in place, we may require specific documents in order to offer your accommodation for rent. In the interest of travelers and guests, we only offer accommodations that comply with local and government regulations.
